Handcrafted Copper and Brass Scuttle Luminary

Antique copper and brass scuttle, hand cut to create an intricate flower, leaf, and butterfly design.  A brass lion’s face is featured on both sides and the original ceramic handles are included. Scuttles were used during the Victorian Era to carry small amounts of coal.

This is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that you won’t find anywhere else, and signed by the artist Debbie Boghossian.  

Measuring 10.5” tall (without handle up) and 13.5”tall (with hand up) x 13.5” wide and weighing 2.1 lbs.  

Please note that one side of the back handle has broken off (see picture).  It does lay nicely in place and doesn’t distract from the piece.

Electric LED puck light is included to create a luminary.  A small hole has been cut at the bottom of the scuttle to accommodate electric cord.
